I suppose it was a bittersweet finale. Sweet because the KND was given a proper ending and had the most emotional goodbyes in the history of recent animation, and bitter because it ended with a lot of questions yet to be answered, and the fact the show has ended. Still, I was satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed the show finale of the Kids Next Door. Thanks to all who crafted this show into becoming one of the most enjoyable show on Cartoon Network. It has been a pleasure. Correct me if I got the names wrong.
About the pic, well, Nigel is on the way to the Galactic KND headquarters... reminiscing his past days with his friends and family. He misses them so much. I suppose it's a reflection of us fans right now, sad that show has reached the end, and happy that it ended gracefully.
"No P in the OOL" - "Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S."
Man I miss this show very much...
Gone, but seldom forgotten...
What a beautiful tribute to the show this is, I love how much emotion you forged in it. =')
KIDS NEXT DOOR FOREVER!!!
This song, "Say Goodbye" by S Club 7, definitely suits this fanart. People and things come and go, whether you're leaving your friends, your old house or anything old behind. Every time we leave something behind, we open up a new chapter in this book called life. Farewells and goodbyes are the hardest things to do and say but we'll always remember our experiences and friends in many years to come when we look back on them.
Unfortunately as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end".
I've never seen A cartoon be creative when it comes to explaining what a bra is to a child and lead to some funny moments!.....
Years now I find myself missing that show, I hope Cartoon network will air some re-runs
What you did over here's one of the best artworks I've ever seen in my life. Suggesting it'd deserve more than a wave of well-deserved favorites and heartwrenching comments from us.
Seriously, who wouldn't after jumping to such a compromising challenge? Despite being the best operative from the Kids Next Door in Earth, Nigel was still a kid: with a lovely family. With friends he cared about. Got to the conclusion that we'll never be able to find a reasonable answer for so many questions one of my best childhood memories left behind as it simple 'slipped'.
With the conclusion of this amazingly done cartoon series, my childhood reached a slow ending [I've passed my 13th birthday when ´'Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S'. aired on Mexico after a worth watching marathon]. I'm still quite upset yet grateful to watched the whole project. Thank you so much for everything, Mr. Warburton.
I never knew before.
